Cancellation Policy
Our organization holds limited seating, and many of our session have overbooked. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 48 hour before your scheduled session. This will allow us to offer your spot to another participant. please email us at admin@thezolaexperience.org to cancel. Please note, The registered attendee who notifies the ZOLA admin within the time frame will be eligible to participate in the next upcoming training ONLY, otherwise, the registration fee will be forfeited. No-shows will forfeit their registration fee and must re-register for the next session. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
