TZE Monthly workshop

Root & Rise
The Root & Rise workshop provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to process, heal, and connect through shared experiences of the many transitions/losses we experience in life. We will explore the impact of loss, trauma, and unresolved grief. This isn't a therapy session, but rather a facilitated gathering where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and find support and solidarity with others. It's about moving through difficult experiences by grounding yourself (Root) and finding a path forward to growth and connection (Rise). This workshop is open to everyone. Join us in a supportive and compassionate space where you can begin your journey toward healing.
