Root & Rise

The Root & Rise workshop provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to process, heal, and connect through shared experiences of the many transitions/losses we experience in life.  We will explore the impact of loss, trauma, and unresolved grief. This isn't a therapy session, but rather a facilitated gathering where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and find support and solidarity with others. It's about moving through difficult experiences by grounding yourself (Root) and finding a path forward to growth and connection (Rise). This workshop is open to everyone. Join us in a supportive and compassionate space where you can begin your journey toward healing.

The parent village

"The Parent Village" is a compassionate and nurturing space where parents can come together to find support, share their experiences, and heal from the challenges of raising a family. It's built on the understanding that parenting can be a journey filled with stress, isolation, and self-doubt, and that no one should have to navigate it alone.

The circle provides a safe, non-judgmental environment for parents to connect, be heard, and build a sense of community, allowing them to release emotional burdens and find renewed strength to care for themselves and their children.
